Milled from solid Titanium Alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, our custom abutments are exceptionally strong with a proven track record of biocompatibility. Vulcan Titanium Abutments are milled from blanks produced by BioHorizons and undergo rigorous quality inspection prior to manufacture. Each abutment is provided with a polished margin and naturally retentive superstructure. CAD/CAM tooth number inscription comes standard with all orders. Vulcan also offers gold-hue anodization as an optional service.
