BioHorizons Custom Titanium Bars

Vulcan Custom Dental is the only FDA-registered contract manufacturer for authentic BioHorizons custom titanium bars for both implant and abutment level restorations.

Vulcan produces precision-fit titanium bars that meet the highest standards of quality. Each connection undergoes strict quality checks for dimensional precision under the guidelines laid out for stock components. Every bar that is scanned and designed in-house is subject to a “one-screw test” based on the University of Sheffield protocol for passivity. Vulcan offers design services or accepts bar designs using our 3Shape library located here.
