Customer Portal Instructions
Welcome New Customers!
Vulcan Custom Dental supports a user-friendly online portal to manage all of your case needs throughout the milling process:
- Online Case Entry
- Digital File and Document Management
- Share Documents and Document Notes
- Invoice review and management
Getting Started
- Visit the Vulcan Customer Portal to begin.
- Fill out the New Account Registration form and submit.
- Look for a Confirmation EMAIL within 24 hours with a link to Create your Username and Password and your Customer ID.
- Identify yourself when contacting us
- Place stock part orders via email

Submitting & Processing Cases
Once your account is active, cases can be submitted by completing an intuitive online form. Case details are saved and backed up for future reference.
- All Custom Milling Cases must be submitted to the Customer Portal.
- Once your order is submitted, Vulcan will begin processing the case.
- For cases requiring submission enclosures (patient models, etc.), print the Rx when prompted during the order submission process and include it with the enclosures. This will ensure that Vulcan can quickly align your package with the online case.
Shipping to Vulcan
All case enclosures can be shipped to Vulcan Custom Dental.

Ordering Stock Parts
- Please, send an email to orders@vulcandental.com to order
- Include your Customer ID in the subject line
- Include the part name and quantities in the body of the email
