Frequently Asked Questions

All stock products may be returned for full credit up to 30 days after the date of shipment provided: (a) it is returned to Vulcan Custom Dental freight prepaid and (b) it is in its original unopened, uncompromised packaging. Under no circumstances can Vulcan accept product for return or exchange that has been used clinically. Product returned 31-60 days after shipment from Vulcan Custom Dental, and in compliance with the provisions stated above, will be assessed a restocking charge of 20%.

Vulcan Custom Dental reserves the right to refrain from issuing any warranty replacements or exchanges when an account is on financial hold.

Vulcan Custom Dental uses Titanium Alloys Ti6Al4V and Ti6Al4V ELI in its products. These materials offer superior strength, ease of restorative handling and has well-documented biocompatibility. Vulcan also uses Sagemax NexxZr zirconia and Ivoclar Telio CAD, a cross-linked PMMA block.

Case information can be submitted in advance of shipping case contents, but an online Rx form will need to be included with the package for case tracking purposes.
