Step 1 
Seat the PEEK temporary abutment onto the the implant. Seat the iShell around the temporary abutment.
Step 2 
Place composite material inside the iShell and around the temporary abutments. After the material has set remove the abutment and iShell assembly.
Step 3 
Add material to any voids and then smooth sharp edges using an acrylic or carbide bur. Seat the restoration and torque the abutment screw to 30Ncm.
